Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various operational tasks within our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a welcoming environment and possess a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customers feel valued and satisfied
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving customers or completing additional tasks as needed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Friendly demeanour with strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
