Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Skills:
- Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details while performing cleaning tasks
- Time management: Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks within given timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other cleaners to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of the premises
- Communication: Effective communication skills to report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
