Every week, people reach out ready to change how they feel about themselves. They're nervous. They've been researching for months. They need someone who can make them feel safe — and confidently guide them to a yes.
We generate the leads. You close them.
The role
- Run consultations with prospective patients (in clinic, by phone and by video) and convert them into booked procedures
- Close across our full range — from entry-level packages to premium treatment plans. You're comfortable selling at £2,000 and at £8,000+
- Own your pipeline end-to-end: enquiry, consultation, quote, follow-up, deposit. No quote gets left to go cold
- Work alongside our surgeons and patient coordinators so every promise you make is one the clinic keeps
- Report weekly on conversion rates, pipeline value and follow-up activity
How you'll be paid
£45,000–£50,000 base salary — not a draw against commission, it's yours. Commission is earned on top of your total monthly sales, and it accelerates:
- £75,000–£100,000 in monthly sales: 3% commission on that band
- £100,000–£150,000: 5% on that band
- £150,000+: 7% — uncapped
The better your month, the higher the rate on every extra pound. A £110k month pays £1,250 in commission; a £160k month pays £3,450. No caps, no clawbacks on completed procedures, paid monthly, with a live tracker so you always know where you stand. Realistic OTE £52,000–£65,000; top performers £80,000+.
Who we're looking for
- Proven experience converting consultations into sales — ideally hair restoration, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dental or private healthcare
- OR a strong track record in other high-value consultative sales (property, finance, fitness/coaching, luxury retail) — if you can close a considered, emotional, four-figure purchase, we want to hear from you
- Equally effective at low-ticket and high-ticket conversations
- Empathy first — the best consultants aren't pushy, they're brilliant at making a nervous person feel safe
- Organised and relentless on follow-up — most sales are won in the second and third conversation
- Based in or commutable to Liverpool
