This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Lawyer, Solicitor, or CILEX Lawyer with 2+ years’ PQE to join a highly regarded and growing Family Law team in Marlow.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of family matters while working closely with colleagues across the wider team.
The caseload is likely to include:
- Divorce and separation matters
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private Children matters
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse matters, including protective injunctions
- General family law advice and representation
You will be encouraged to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development activities, and play an active role in the continued success of the department.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or experienced Family Lawyer
- Minimum of 2 years’ PQE within Family Law
- Experience managing your own Family Law caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of private family matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Commercially aware and proactive approach
- Strong organisational and case management skills
- Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative mindset
- Interest in networking and business development activities
