About Dingley's Promise:
Dingley's Promise is the UK's largest specialist early years SEND charity, supporting children aged 0–5 with special educational needs and disabilities and their families. We operate twelve specialist centres across England and deliver national training to over 30,000 early years practitioners each year. Our mission is to make sure every child with SEND gets the best possible start in life.
Role Purpose:
Provide practical technical and data support for the national early years SEND CPD programme, helping to maintain accurate learner, registration and completion records, support reporting requirements, and assist with the smooth operation of digital systems used by learners, partners and the programme team.
Key Responsibilities Data and reporting support:
- Maintain accurate programme data across learner registrations, course starts, completions, confidence measures and partner activity
- Support weekly and monthly reporting by preparing data extracts, summaries and basic dashboards for the Project Manager
- Check data quality, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and follow up with relevant colleagues or partners to resolve issues
- Maintain clear records for audit, evaluation and funder reporting purposes
Technical and systems support:
- Support the day-to-day administration of the LMS and associated digital systems, including user records, access issues and course data
- Work with the Helpdesk Administrator to investigate recurring technical issues and support timely resolution
- Liaise with the platform provider or internal technical contacts where issues need escalation
- Support the creation and maintenance of simple user guidance, FAQs and internal process notes
Person Specification Essential:
- Confident working with spreadsheets, databases or reporting systems, with strong attention to detail
- Able to organise, check and present data clearly for operational reporting
- Good digital skills and confidence supporting users with routine technical issues
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple small tasks to deadline
- Clear written communicator who can explain technical or data issues in plain English
Desirable:
- Experience supporting an LMS, CRM, helpdesk or online learning platform
- Experience preparing reports for funded programmes, education projects or training delivery
- Understanding of GDPR and good data handling practice
- Familiarity with the early years, SEND or education sector
