Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Sales and Logistics Manager to oversee and optimise our supply chain operations. This role involves managing category portfolios, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient transportation activities. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings for event, catering, and entertainment services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with clients, venues, and event partners.
- Analyse sales performance, conduct market research, and prepare reports to support business growth.
- Coordinate event logistics, including the scheduling of catering equipment, décor, transport, and event materials.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, entertainers, and catering teams to ensure the smooth delivery of events.
- Supervise sales and logistics staff, allocating duties and monitoring performance to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations or related fields with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams within warehouse or logistics environments.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
