Female Complex Care Support Worker – Merley
Flexible part-time shifts – several positions available

Due to a change around in hours, we’re seeking kind, reliable and upbeat female Support Workers to join a small team supporting a vibrant, easy-going young woman in Merley. She loves getting out and about. Care needs are straightforward: tube feeding, personal care and medication. No epilepsy or behavioural issues.
Available shifts (apply for any that suit you):
- Saturdays – one a month, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (two vacancies)
- Wednesday 12:00–8:00 pm
- Thursday 4:00–8:00 pm
- Friday 4:00–8:00 pm
- Saturday nights – one a month, 8:00 pm – 8:00 am
We’re happy to employ several people to cover these hours. Extra shifts sometimes available for holiday/sickness cover.
The role
Day shifts: personal care, tube feeding, medication, and outings in a WAV (parks, bowling, cinema, shopping, socialising).
Night shifts: monitoring, repositioning, company, and any care needed overnight.
What we’re looking for
- Female applicants only (personal care)
- Complex care experience including tube feeding
- Full UK driving licence + happy to drive a WAV (day shifts)
- Compassionate, reliable and fun-loving
- Able to commit consistently (even to just one shift type)

Shortlisted candidates will have an informal interview in Broadstone, meet the client, and complete shadowing/training before starting.
