We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to work within our small friendly practice. To work with our dentists to confirm that all patients meet the requirements needed to complete their dental procedures. A successful candidate will have a fresh, enthusiastic outlook and an ability to proactively anticipate any issues that might arise. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional and also a newly qualified individual.
Role:
- Part time [1 day - Tuesday], but is negotiable
- Self employed
- Complete paperwork to document patient health issues.
- Explain procedures to patients.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Start date - as soon as possible but is negotiable
Practice:
- Ambidextrous surgery
- Fully digital with R4+ and digital radiographs
- Sunny surgery with extractor fan and window
- Friendly staff
- Dental nurse provided
Job Type: Part-time, to cover sickness leave but longer term is negotiable
Part-time hours: Currently 7.5 per week [Tuesdays] but is negotiable for alternative/additional days
Salary: In line with BSDHT remuneration guidelines dependent on experience etc.
All applicants must be GDC registered as a Dental Hygienist and hold a valid DBS certificate
