ABOUT US
Transpire Training delivers accredited wellbeing training across the UK. We work with organisations, schools and individuals to create positive change through high quality learning experiences.
We have built a strong reputation for delivering professional, high quality training alongside exceptional customer service. As a small and growing business, we pride ourselves on developing lasting relationships with our clients, taking a personal approach, and consistently going the extra mile to ensure a positive experience for everyone we work with.
If you're highly organised, proactive and enjoy taking ownership, this is an opportunity to play an important role in a growing business where your contribution will genuinely make a difference.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll play a central role in helping the business run smoothly, ensuring our training programmes are delivered successfully, acting as a key point of contact for clients, delegates, instructors and venues, managing inbound enquiries through to invoicing and generally supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
The core purpose of the role is to ensure everyone involved in our training receives an excellent experience from first enquiry through to course completion. You'll help manage bookings, communications, logistics and course administration, ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time. You'll be confident communicating by phone, email and video call, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service whilst helping convert enquiries into bookings.
We're looking for somebody who enjoys responsibility, takes ownership of their work, uses initiative and is comfortable managing changing priorities. As a small business, flexibility is important, so alongside the core responsibilities you'll also get involved in projects, improvements and a wide range of activities that support the growth and success of the business.

THE PERSON
You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a wide range of people, and balancing routine operational tasks with the unexpected challenges that naturally arise in a growing business.
You'll enjoy finding solutions, using initiative and taking responsibility for seeing tasks through to completion. You're equally happy speaking with clients on the phone, supporting someone on a video call, preparing a quotation, sending an invoice or helping improve a process.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who wants to be a trusted member of the team, takes pride in doing a great job, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
