About The Role
Who We’re Looking For
We’re after someone confident, hands-on, and passionate about creating a great experience for both customers and crew. You’ll be helping set the tone for the bakery — approachable, organised, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
You’ll need:

To be able to work weekends and early mornings (from 0700)

Solid experience managing a busy bakery, café or hospitality venue

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team

Top barista skills - we serve damn good coffee and a lot of it

A genuine love for hospitality and looking after people

The ability to stay calm and focused during busy shifts
-
A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for improving systems and standards
