This is a varied commercial role for someone who combines excellent organisation with creativity, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales and marketing.

The Sales Coordinator supports commercial activity across sales, customer service, dealer support and project administration. The role acts as a key link between customers, dealers, the external sales team and internal departments, ensuring enquiries, CRM records, sales activity, proposals and project updates are managed accurately and efficiently from enquiry to completion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a key contact for customers, dealers and the external sales team, coordinating communication with internal departments and providing timely, professional support.
- Build strong customer and dealer relationships, resolve or escalate enquiries, support customer service improvements and follow up on satisfaction surveys.
- Track enquiries and sales opportunities from first contact to completion, keeping customers and sales personnel updated on project status, quotations and delivery schedules.
- Occasionally attend customer meetings, exhibitions or dealer visits with the sales team or independently.
- Manage HubSpot, ERP, customer records, mailing lists, forms, sales databases, electronic filing and document management systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Log and assign enquiries to the relevant sales representative, monitor follow-up and produce CRM, sales pipeline, customer list, performance and lead tracking reports.
- Research prospective customers and dealers, support lead generation, prepare qualified lead lists, conduct initial qualification calls where appropriate and monitor opportunities.
- Assist with quotations, dealer agreements, tenders, proposals, sales documentation and project administration from enquiry to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure technical, commercial, pricing, specification and delivery information is accurate, approved and submitted on time.
- Support Project Managers with project handover and delivery administration.
- Coordinate sales & marketing activity in line with the agreed plan, including campaigns, exhibitions, promotions and customer demonstrations.
- Update website content with product information, case studies, images and downloadable resources.
- Create and maintain sales literature, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, simple graphics and collateral using Canva or approved tools.
- Maintain dealer portals and prepare dealer information packs, sales support documentation, dealer communications, technical documentation, product information and translated materials.
- Coordinate event and exhibition logistics, including stand materials, travel, accommodation, marketing materials, lead capture documentation and post-event sales follow-up.
- Liaise with Sales, Engineering, Production, Project Management and After Sales teams, ensuring technical information in marketing literature, datasheets and videos is accurate.
- Attend internal sales and project meetings and maintain organised SharePoint, OneDrive and digital filing systems with version control.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience supporting sales activity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Team player who can work across departments and take a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, website updates and digital content management.
- Experience managing social media activity.
- Canva or similar graphic design software experience.
- Experience preparing tenders or commercial proposals.
- Knowledge of SharePoint or OneDrive document management.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering or technical products.
