What you’ll be doing
As a Production Operator, you'll help produce and pack the bakery products enjoyed by millions of people every day.
· Operate production and packing equipment safely and efficiently.
· Produce bakery products to the required quality and food safety standards.
· Pack products accurately and prepare them for dispatch.
· Carry out routine cleaning and housekeeping duties.
· Monitor product quality and report any issues.
· Work as part of a team to achieve production targets.
· Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedure
What we’re looking for· Previous experience in manufacturing, production or food manufacturing is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.· Good attention to detail.· The ability to work effectively as part of a team.· A reliable and flexible approach to work.· A commitment to producing quality products safely.
