Main Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate kitchen quotations based on customer measurements, and requirements.
- Comparing competitor kitchen quotes with DIY Kitchens' pricing to demonstrate customer savings and value.
- Reviewing kitchen designs to ensure quotations are complete, accurate, and commercially competitive.
- Liaising with customers by phone and email to clarify requirements and answer quotation-related queries.
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure quotes reflect current products, pricing, and availability.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise value while meeting customers' budgets and expectations.
- Managing multiple quotations simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail and turnaround times.
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the quotation process to support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
About You
- Previous experience preparing kitchen quotations or working within the kitchen industry is essential.
- Experience interpreting kitchen plans and layouts.
- Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple quotations efficiently.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify value and cost-saving opportunities.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - hours can be discussed to suit (8am until 4pm, 9am until 5pm or 10am until 6pm).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.50 per hour
