Job Description:
We are looking for two experienced Bar Supervisor to direct the evening shifts at Adventure. Responsibilities include overseeing general operation, ensuring employee productivity and customer satisfaction, along with creating a positive work environment for both employees and guests. You will be in regular communication with management to stay up-to-date with organisational requirements, issues and improvements, as well as being given the opportunity to help shape the business through exploration of your own ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the running of busy shifts
- Addressing customer issues and requests
- Working with management to assess and improve processes and policies
- Being open to feedback and flexible in your approach to dealing with all matters
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the industry in a customer facing management role
- Knowledge of cash management and awareness of stock control
- Team skills
- Strong organisational, administration, communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work shifts both weekdays and weekends
This is an evening-oriented position, although there may be occasions where a day shift could be required. The right candidate will be mature and responsible whilst also being outgoing and good-natured. *** Our licensing ends at 3:30am Monday - Saturday and 11:30pm on Sundays. Late nights and weekends are an essential part of our working hours so please bear this in mind to avoid any potential travel issues!
