KITCHEN MANAGER WANTED – GASTRO PUB | LIVE-IN AVAILABLE
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to join our busy gastro pub team.
If you’re a strong chef who enjoys leading a kitchen, producing great-quality pub food and working in a friendly, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
The role:
- Kitchen Manager / Head Chef level experience preferred
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
- Manage ordering, stock control and GP
- Create and maintain menus and specials
- Ensure smooth kitchen service
- Train and develop kitchen staff
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
