Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in need of assistance.

- We are an independent care provider dedicated to the Norfolk area.
- Competitive pay from £12.90 per hour.

Duties
- Deliver compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, and medication management.
- Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
- Follow individualized care plans meticulously to ensure all client needs are met safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in client condition promptly.
- Supervise and assist clients with mobility or health-related tasks, ensuring safety at all times.
- Use IT systems to update records, communicate with team members, and manage schedules efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid driving license and ability to operate a vehicle safely for client visits.
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing senior care services.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills that enable effective support and guidance of colleagues or clients.
- Knowledge of creating and following care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients, families, and team members.
- Familiarity with IT systems used for documentation and communication within healthcare settings.
- Compassionate attitude combined with reliability, patience, and professionalism.
