Gr8fires.co.uk is a leading and growing UK online e-commerce website selling Stoves, electric fires and all related products. This role involves engaging with customers via various communication channels, providing exceptional service, and supporting the organisation's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry systems.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Utilise communication skills to upsell additional products or services where appropriate.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and maintain a positive attitude during all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and time managment skills

Monday-Thursday 9-5, early finish Friday at 15.45
This is a full-time in office postion.
Multiple postions open and immediate start can be accomodated
Full training provided.
