Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage / Events Co-ordinator to join our team. Based in Sheffield, this role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences aligned with our commitment to hospitality excellence. Hours - 24 Hours per week
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service.
- Support the restaurant and bar team in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Assist with upselling initiatives to enhance revenue.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in all food and beverage areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication.
- Contribute to event planning and special occasion setups when required.
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and customer service excellence.
- Previous experience supporting fundraising or special events is a plus.
- Hospitality or hotel management qualification is desirable.
