Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Aluminium Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming aluminium profiles into high-quality finished products through precise fabrication, assembly, and finishing techniques. Your expertise will contribute to delivering durable, aesthetically pleasing aluminium structures for a variety of projects. Responsibilities
- Cut, route and assemble aluminium profiles using hand tools, power tools, and specialised saws / routers / end millers.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, Logikal cutting sheets and specifications to accurately produce frames.
- Measure materials accurately using basic math skills to meet precise dimensions.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure adherence to standards.
- Assist in the assembly of aluminium framing for Windows, Doors, Curtain Walling and Shopfront as per project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window, door, curtain walling and shopfront fabrication.
- Proficiency with using hand tools.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium properties and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Familiarity with assembly processes involving aluminium profiles / components.
- Knowledge of tooling used in fabrication such as clamps, drills, saws, routers, end millers.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of Senior Architectural Systems and Exlabesa products is advantageous.

Pay: £13.65-£17.00 per hour
