We are looking for an individual who has previously worked in Telesales or marketing. (Home Improvements, Charities, Telecoms, Energy providers etc would be ideal)
The individual should be self motivated, reliable and who can articulate our core company and product values to potential customers.
Your main duties will be to provide appointments with potential customers offering them FREE quotations for any of our services with no obligation.
We cover all of Kent and have sales and marketing staff all over the County, so are able to offer our staff a high level of earning opportunity.
We pay a basic weekly wage, plus a pre-set amount for every appointment provided, as well as then a percentage of commission for every appointment leading to a sale. This is then further increased with weekly target bonuses.
We offer a high level of flexibility and freedom with the days and hours you can choose to work, as we have two shifts a day, Monday to Friday. With candidates having a choice of working the morning shifts, the afternoon shifts, both shifts or a combination of both. This can be amended on a week to week basis.
