Role Overview
Ribbon Rail Engineering Ltd. is looking for a strategic infrastructure leader to oversee the successful planning and execution of major rail engineering programmes. This role combines technical leadership with project governance to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary rail infrastructure programmes.
- Oversee project delivery, budgets, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
- Build relationships with contractors and public stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across engineering operations.
- Mentor senior engineering professionals.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer status preferred.
- Extensive rail infrastructure leadership experience.
- Strong commercial and programme management capability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Pay: £95,000.00 per year
