Social Care Network Solutions Limited provides CHARMS, a unique, ground‑breaking and secure online system for the social care community, which is used by over 80% of fostering and adoption agencies across the UK and Ireland.
We are now looking for a Data Input Officer, to join our Manchester-based team. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our data processes across multiple projects.
About the Role
As a Data Input Officer, you will be responsible for organising and delivering accurate data input across a variety of implementation projects. Working closely with colleagues in our data team, you will support the setup of new systems to ensure seamless implementation, test new software versions, maintain project documentation, and produce reports for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out manual data input with accuracy, precision, and efficiency
- Working with the data team on projects requiring data entry or data importing
- Testing new versions of our systems to ensure functionality and reliability
- Maintaining, updating, and organising project documentation
- Producing high‑quality reports for customers
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who is organised, analytical, and proactive, with a genuine passion for maintaining high standards of data accuracy. You should be comfortable working independently while also building positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in a data administration role
- Strong analytical and data evaluation skills
- Experience creating data implementation plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management
- Excellent organisational, time‑management, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to review, verify, and correct data accurately
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of CHARMS
- Previous experience working with online databases
- Previous experience working with web applications
