Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring smooth operation of the front-of-house area. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous, and a passion for food and service is essential. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages with professionalism
- Assist in food preparation and presentation when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
- Support baristas with beverage preparation during busy periods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage cash register operations and process payments accurately
- Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times to enhance guest experience
Skills
- Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles, within a restaurant environment is preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Basic food preparation skills are desirable
- Barista experience is a plus but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities

Saturday & Sunday Lunch Shifts, as well as the occasional, flexible weekday support.
Hours: 8 - 15 / week
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
