As we continue to expand our neurological rehabilitation services, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team across our Sevenoaks, Bexley, and Maidstone clinics.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Neuro Physiotherapist who is passionate about improving the quality of life of individuals living with neurological conditions. You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality assessments, treatment, and rehabilitation programmes to patients with a wide range of neurological presentations. The role will involve working across multiple clinic locations and, where required, supporting community-based rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement evidence-based rehabilitation programmes.
- Manage a varied neurological caseload independently.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, GPs, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and professional development activities.
- Deliver patient-centred care aligned with best practice and clinical governance standards.
- Support service development initiatives and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues

Essential Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Minimum 3–4 years of post-graduate neurological physiotherapy experience.
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working within private practice settings.
- Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in community-based neurological rehabilitation.
- Additional postgraduate neurological rehabilitation training.
- Experience supporting service development and growth initiatives.
