In-Doors Manufacturing Ltd (IDM) Est. in 1987, are manufacturers of innovative wooden components for high end kitchen & bedroom furniture suppliers in the UK & Ireland. Our manufacturing plant is based at 49 Creagh Road, Toomebridge, County Antrim BT41 3SE.
All our components are spray painted in-house by both manual and automated methods with 100% water based paint products. We are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our manufacturing and spraying processes and currently use solvent based to 100% water-based paint products, so that there will be zero harmful emissions from our spraying process.
Our water based paint not only helps the environment but also means that employees working with water-based paints do not have to wear uncomfortable rubber or air feed face masks.
We are currently recruiting for permanent automated spray line operatives.
Who wouldn't like a 3 day working week?
Role:
Careful loading and offloading of components to and from the automated spray line.
Working as part of a team, to ensure operations run smoothly
Experience is not essential as in-house training will be provided.
Working hours:
Daytime Shifts rotating every 2 weeks.
For two weeks of the month shifts will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday then they change to Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the remaining 2 weeks - Meaning that one week a month you finish on a Wednesday and are not back until the following Thursday.
36 Hour week compressed into 3 days 6am to 6pm. Monday to Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday
Remuneration:
First shift Monday - Wednesday , 6.00am to 6.00pm £12.71 per hour
Second shift Thursday - Saturday , 6.00am to 6.00pm £13.21 per hour
