Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Product & Client Success Executive to play a key role in the growth of our property management platform. The successful candidate will support the full product lifecycle, from initial product development and testing through to customer acquisition, onboarding, ongoing support, and business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple disciplines, including product innovation, customer engagement, sales, and relationship management. The individual will help ensure our platform continues to meet market needs while actively driving new business opportunities within the residential lettings and property management sector.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end development process for new business startup projects, from ideation through execution
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify promising opportunities aligned with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design viable business models and go-to-market strategies
- Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, investors, and industry experts to support startup growth
- Develop comprehensive business plans, including financial projections, resource requirements, and risk assessments
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate startup performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for market trends and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
