I’m looking for a highly proactive Personal Assistant to support me across my personal brand as a content creator and influencer.
This role is close-knit and fast-moving. You will be working directly with me to help manage my content, schedule, and opportunities. The role will vary week to week, from supporting with content planning and accountability to handling outreach and travel logistics.
This is not a task-based role where you wait to be told what to do. I’m looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, stays on top of things without prompting, and actively looks for ways to improve and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining my personal content calendar
- Keeping me accountable for filming, posting, and deadlines
- Assisting with content planning and idea generation
- Reaching out to brands for collaborations and partnerships
- Identifying new opportunities and pitching ideas
- Booking travel (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
- General personal admin and organisation
- Proactively improving systems and workflows

I have previously hired for this role and it did not work due to lack of proactivity and communication. Because of this, it is essential that you:
- Check in regularly without being asked
- Take full ownership of your responsibilities
- Actively seek opportunities and improvements
This role is not suitable for someone who needs constant direction or supervision.
