About the Role
Mediline Supported Living is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations & Quality Coordinator to support our regional services across Merseyside.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines operations, quality assurance, compliance, digital systems management and office coordination. Working closely with the Senior Operational Team, you will play a key role in ensuring our services remain efficient, compliant and focused on delivering outstanding person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day coordination of services across the region.
- Monitor compliance with CQC regulations, policies and quality standards.
- Complete audits, track KPIs and produce management reports.
- Lead on digital systems administration, including One Touch.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Coordinate meetings, training administration and office systems.
- Produce dashboards and performance reports.
- Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
About You
You'll have:
- Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards).
- Experience within adult social care.
- Experience in a coordination, compliance, quality assurance or CQC-focused role.
- Strong IT, database and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
It is essential that you have an awareness and understanding of:
· Knowledge of CQC regulations
· Safeguarding
· The Mental Capacity Act
· Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS)
· Positive Behaviour Support and Positive Person Centred Planning
· Health & Safety legislation is essential.
Desirable:
· Internal Auditor qualification.
· Quality Improvement qualification.
· Project Management qualification.
