We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Gymnastics Programme Manager to lead our coaching team, oversee the development of our gymnastics programmes, and deliver high-quality classes. This dual role involves both hands-on coaching and strategic programme management to ensure excellence, safety, and growth across all areas of the club.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching:
- Deliver gymnastics and tumbling classes for children, teens, and adults
- Teach foundational, intermediate, and advanced gymnastics skills
- Ensure proper spotting, safety, and adherence to gymnastics standards
- Mentor and support junior coaches in lesson delivery and skill development
- Prepare students for showcases, competitions, and events
Programme Direction:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a structured gymnastics programme across all levels.
- Monitor student progress and programme effectiveness
- Recruit, train, and manage coaching staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety policies
- Collaborate with management on scheduling, curriculum planning, and strategic growth
- Represent the club at events, competitions, and community initiatives

Tuesday - Full day
Wednesday - Full day
Thursday - Half day
Saturday - Full day
Sunday - Half day
Requirements:
- Recognised gymnastics coaching qualifications (e.g., UKCC Level 2 or equivalent)
- Proven experience coaching children and adults across multiple levels
- Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- First Aid certification and up-to-date safeguarding training
- DBS/Police check (or equivalent) for working with children
- Ability to teach private and group sessions
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and culturally diverse environment
