We are looking for an experienced Joinery Technical Coordinator to provide accurate and organised support to our Project Management team across a range of domestic and commercial joinery projects.
This is a detail-focused coordination role requiring excellent administrative and organisational skills combined with technical and industry knowledge. You will work closely with our Project Managers, ensuring project information, documentation, quotations, materials and records are accurate, complete and kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to our Project Managers
- Collate accurate customer quotations
- Prepare job cards and supporting production documentation
- Maintain accurate project files, records and specifications
- Input and update project information accurately
- Assist with project costing and profit analysis
- Check costs and figures against project information
- Process and monitor material orders
- Check that required materials and components have been ordered
- Track deliveries and confirm materials have arrived in preparation for projects
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
- Liaise professionally with customers regarding documentation, information and queries
- Ensure Project Managers have the information and documentation they require
- Follow up outstanding information, paperwork and actions
- Communicate with design, production and installation teams as required
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy throughout all project documentation
About You
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, methodical and exceptionally well organised. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to this position.
You should have:
- Previous experience within joinery, manufacturing, interiors, construction or a similar technical environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confidence working with figures, quotations and costs
- An understanding of technical terminology, drawings and specifications
- Good commercial awareness
- Strong IT skills
- The ability to organise information and documentation across multiple live projects
- Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- The ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to following up information and completing tasks
The Role
This position would suit someone who enjoys being highly organised, working with detail and ensuring information is correct.
You will be an important support to our Project Managers, making sure the paperwork, project information, quotations, costs and material requirements behind each job are accurately maintained and followed through.
Previous technical or industry experience is essential, as you will need to understand the information you are working with and recognise when something does not look right.

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
