As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages in a timely manner
- Handling customer queries and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
Experience:
- Minimum 6–12 months’ experience in a front-of-house or hospitality role required
- Confident in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer interactions
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of customer service standards
