Waking Nights - Residential Children's Worker Role, Full Time, working a 5:2 rolling 2 weeks shift system
Contract 35-37.5hr plus overtime if required.

About The Role
Essential:

Ability to build positive relationships with young people and colleagues.

Competent in Microsoft Office (or willing to learn).

Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

Experience working with children or vulnerable people.

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Knowledge of child development, trauma, and safeguarding.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks.

Ability to commit to shift system which covers all days of the week over a 2 week period
