Reservations & Client Services Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 per year (37.5 hours per week, £13.33 p/h)
You will be working on a 2 week rota:
Week 1: 0900 - 17:00 (30 min lunch)
Week 2: 10:00 - 18:00 (30 min lunch)

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our client and supplier relationships, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations from the very first enquiry to final invoicing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with clients and suppliers to drive repeat business
- Owning the reservations process—from enquiry to confirmation and commission invoicing
- Responding to all reservation enquiries promptly and professionally
- Delivering outstanding customer care at every stage
- Identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Ensuring our regular and repeat clients feel valued and well-supported
- Conducting show rounds or meet-and-greets when needed
- Maintaining high standards of written communication and correspondence
- Tracking confirmed bookings to ensure commissions are invoiced accurately
- Editing and proofreading website content and marketing materials
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you MUST have:
- Strong common sense and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience in a reservations, bookings, or accommodation-related environment
- Confidence interacting with clients and suppliers, in person and remotely
- Excellent telephone manners, email etiquette, and sales techniques
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer literacy
- Fluency in English PLUS at least one other European language (a third language is a bonus!)
Experience in the hotel or serviced apartment sector is desirable but not essential—we value attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm just as highly. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract. The contract is expected to continue for approximately 9–12 months and may end on the return of the employee being covered, or earlier/later depending on business needs and the terms of this agreement. Any extension or permanent appointment will be confirmed separately in writing.
