Job Description
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs while delivering an exceptional buying experience. You'll manage enquiries, conduct vehicle demonstrations, arrange finance options, and work towards achievable sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
- Conducting vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Uploading to social media,
- Handling telephone, online, and showroom enquiries.
- Promoting finance, warranties, and additional products.
- Negotiating sales and closing deals.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up communications.
- Ensuring the forecourt and vehicles are presented to a high standard.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets.What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred (motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A confident and professional approach.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
