We are seeking a junior print finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the final stages of production, ensuring that products meet quality standards before they are dispatched. This role requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency in using various hand and power tools. The Finisher will work in a workshop environment, engaging in tasks that may involve using tools such as knives and machinery. The role has capacity for growth with in the company once the candidate has good knowledge of the processes learnt. Also able to bring positive and good energy.
Duties
- Utilise hand tools and power tools to perform finishing tasks on products.
- Fabricate components as required, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Following detailed instructions.
- Packing and sending items
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- No experience necessary however good work ethic necessary
- Capability using tools and confident in ability
- Capability to perform heavy lifting if required.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A positive attitude and keen to learn.
- happy to work weekends and overtime if required
