Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts – 6:00am to 2:00pm / 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Weekly Rotation)

The Role
As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important part in the production process, ensuring machinery operates efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating manufacturing machinery.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Carrying out routine machine checks and reporting any faults.
- Loading materials and removing finished products.
- Completing production documentation accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Working to production targets whilst maintaining excellent quality standards.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Supporting colleagues across the production team as required.

- Have previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.

- Are comfortable working rotating shifts.
