‘Smoke’ is a contemporary café and wine bar situated on Water Lane in Wilmslow. Linked to The Cheshire Smokehouse and continuing their ethos of offering ‘real food’ and will continue supporting other high quality local food and drink producers.
Smoke is open 7 days a week serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and evening snacks along with a range of the best wines, beers and spirits from both local small-batch breweries and continental specialists.
We are looking for experienced, passionate and enthusiastic individuals to work on our bar. We serve breakfast, brunch and lunch from 8am with our evening menu starting from 4pm. We offer a wide selection of beers, wines and gins so prior knowledge of this is favourable. We encourage all members of our team to contribute to our menus so passion is frequently rewarded. Progression is also available as our small business grows and develops into multiple sites.
A variety of skills is beneficial for this role, however training in all aspects will be provided. The key requirement is as a love of good food and drink. Flexible and experienced candidates preferred.
