Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaners to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises. Prior experience is not essential, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and good communication skills are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Ensure all areas are kept hygienic and presentable according to company standards
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure service expectations are met
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between sites
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
- CCNSG CARD (if not will be put through course)
