ESTATE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Revesby Estate, Lincolnshire
Part-time: approximately 22–25 hours per week across five days

Starting pay £14.00 per hour
Revesby Estate is looking for an exceptionally organised, friendly and dependable Estate Office Administrator to become a key member of our small team.
This is much more than a traditional administration role. Based in the Estate Office, you will help ensure that the day-to-day operation of a busy and diverse private family estate runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally.
Revesby Estate encompasses a range of rural enterprises, including agriculture, forestry, stables, property and land lettings, venison, firewood and visitor experiences. As a result, no two days are likely to be the same.
You will be the organisational backbone of the Estate Office: maintaining effective systems and records, supporting colleagues working across the estate, assisting with accounts and compliance administration, and providing a welcoming and professional service to customers, suppliers, contractors and visitors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office administration
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers and telephone enquiries
- Managing post, filing, scanning and general office administration
- Maintaining records, contact databases, calendars and administrative systems
- Keeping the office organised, professional and welcoming
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to colleagues and managers working across the estate
Customer service and sales support
- Handling telephone enquiries and sales calls
- Assisting customers and responding to queries
- Supporting sales administration across the estate’s different enterprises
Systems and processes
- Helping to create and maintain clear, consistent administrative processes
- Ensuring procedures and documents are saved logically and can be easily retrieved
- Collating information and reports from across the estate
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring important administrative tasks are completed
Accounts and finance administration
- Reconciling company credit cards and administering petty cash
- Supporting invoice processing and financial record-keeping
- Assisting with timesheets, statements and general finance administration
Compliance and business support
- Monitoring vehicle information, including MOT and tax dates
- Maintaining insurance records and contractor documentation
- Supporting health and safety administration and compliance systems
- Assisting with onboarding and ensuring important records and checks are completed on time

Previous experience in administration, office management, reception or business support would be ideal. Experience in accounts administration, rural business, property, customer service or compliance would be helpful, but is not essential.
