Nexus Recruitment have been instructed by an established property management firm in south west London on an exciting new role within the leasehold team. Our client are in need of an experienced Block Property Manager to oversee a diverse local portfolio. Core responsibilities:
- Day to day management of a portfolio of circa 550 units across Central and Southwest London, liaising daily with leaseholders, clients and stakeholders.
- Full oversight of all section 20 major works processes in line with the building safety act and fire safety regulations.
- Setting and managing yearly service charge budgets with support from your Client Accountants.
- Attending site visits, conducting thorough H&S checks and chairing AGMs.
- Assisting other junior members of the team when required.
- General admin duties.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced property manager looking for that next step, one that will offer long term growth and internal progression to senior management. The following skillset/experience is required:
- At least 2-3 years experience in leasehold block management is essential.
- ATPI/MTPI qualification preferred or working towards
- A full UK driving license
- An excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
