Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their optical needs with professionalism and care
- Measure and verify prescription details accurately using specialized equipment
- Assist patients in selecting frames that suit their style, face shape, and lifestyle preferences
- Fit, adjust, and dispense eyewear to ensure optimal comfort and functionality
- Educate customers on lens options, maintenance, and proper usage to maximize their investment
- Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, fittings, and customer interactions
- Support laboratory processes by preparing lenses and frames for assembly when needed
Skills
- Experience with optical equipment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and accurate dispensing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
