Job Title: HR Business Support Administrator
Hours: 37.5 per week, office based
Basis: Fixed term contract for 12 months
Location: Leicester City Centre
Salary: £26,100 per annum
About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver efficient administrative support within a Shared Service model, servicing both UK and US operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of employee documentation and maintaining the primary HR Information System (Workday). The successful candidate will act as support for the HR Advisor along with being central resource for the team and the broader business regarding HR administration and system use, while also executing routine administrative duties and supporting ad hoc projects as required.

The ideal candidate brings experience from a fast-paced HR or administrative function, demonstrating the ability to navigate shifting daily priorities. Impeccable attention to detail, a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality work, and excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential to success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Employee Relations administration, notably in the management and execution of family leave policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Advisor and the wider HR Business Services team
- Raising appropriate paperwork relating to employee lifecycle changes.
- Responding to ad hoc queries via a central mailbox and workload management tool.
- Ensuring the relevance and accuracy of all employee records and data.
- Undertaking any other duties as may reasonably be required.
Experience in any of the following systems/platforms is desirable:
Workday, ServiceNow, Airtable, Benifex, Zinc.
