Responsibilities

- Coordinate table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction
- Train new team members on service protocols, food safety, and restaurant policies
- Oversee order accuracy, timely delivery of food and beverages, and proper table maintenance
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and timely service
- Monitor inventory levels of serving supplies and assist in stock management
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a strong background in serving and guest services
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience as a Head Waitress or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills for effective team coordination and guest interaction
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and inventory counts
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
- Ability to motivate staff, promote teamwork, and uphold high service standards
