Plumber – Refurb of Student Apartments & Townhouses
Location: Canterbury
Pay: £25 per hour CIS (depending on experience) - *PRICEWORK rates below*
Hours: 40–50 per week

TimesGroup Ltd are looking for experienced Plumbers to join our team on the refurbishment of 100+ student apartments and townhouses at Parham Student Village, Canterbury.
This is straightforward, repetitive installation work with excellent earning potential.
The apartment works are ideal for plumbers who enjoy productive pricework, whilst communal and ancillary works are paid at £25/hour CIS.
Materials will be readily available, and the work has been planned to allow operatives to move efficiently from property to property with minimal downtime, helping you maximise your productivity and earnings.
Operatives who demonstrate good productivity will be allocated multiple properties at a time, allowing you to maximise your earnings throughout the project.
*PRICEWORK is available - on the following basis per property*
Townhouses (Ensuite Bathrooms)
- Install new wall-mounted WC pan (frame already installed)
- Replace flush plate
- Replace inlet valve & flush pipe to concealed cistern (easy access via cupboard)
- Install shower tray
- Install basin mixer tap to existing pipework
- Install shower screen
- Install kitchen sink & waste
- £250 per property
Apartments (Wet Rooms)
Same scope as above, excluding the shower tray and shower screen due to wet room floors.
- £200 per property
Hourly works will be available for communal areas, plant rooms and any additional plumbing works outside of the standard apartment/townhouse pricework.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumber
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing (preferred)
- CSCS/Skill Card
- Own tools and PPE
- Experience working on refurbishment projects
- Reliable with a high standard of workmanship
