We are hiring a serious canvasser to generate new residential customers door-to-door for our growing business covering our operational areas of West Midlands, Staffordshire, Warwickshire & Telford.
This is a performance role. You will be expected to knock doors, speak confidently with homeowners, follow a proven script, handle rejection properly, and produce results.
This is not a role for someone who wants to drift through the day, chat for hours, go off-script, or blame poor numbers on the area. We already have a process that works. When it is followed properly, it produces strong results. Your job is to execute it properly and consistently.
What you will be doing
- Canvassing assigned residential areas door-to-door
- Speaking directly with homeowners
- Using our proven script and quote process
- Generating quotes and securing new customer bookings
- Recording outcomes accurately
- Representing the company professionally at all times

Experience
Previous canvassing, door-to-door sales, field sales, fundraising, lead generation, or customer-facing experience is useful, but not essential.

Hours
Full time - 40 hours per week
