Property Manager - Henley-on-Thames area
I'm working with a well-established and highly respected independent property business in Henley-on-Thames that is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join its friendly and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and wants to work for a business that genuinely values its people.
You'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of residential properties, dealing with maintenance issues, organising contractors, carrying out inspections, handling renewals, ensuring compliance and providing a first-class service to both landlords and tenants. You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while being supported by an experienced team around you.
The successful candidate will already have residential property management experience, be highly organised, confident managing a busy workload and possess excellent communication skills. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to build lasting relationships are all essential. A full UK driving licence is required.
The package offers a basic salary of £28,000 together with a quarterly bonus, giving an on-target package of over £30,000, alongside the opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation and a supportive working environment.
