Duties
- Analyse international markets to identify potential trade opportunities and emerging trends
- Develop and implement strategies for cross-border trade expansion, aligning with organisational goals
- Maintain and update client information using Salesforce and CRM software to ensure accurate records
- Build and nurture relationships with international partners, clients, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics, compliance, and documentation processes
- Monitor trade regulations across different regions to ensure adherence and minimise risks
- Prepare detailed reports on market developments, sales performance, and competitive analysis
- Organise participation in international trade fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote organisational interests
Experience
- Proven experience in international trade, market development or related fields
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform and other CRM software tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Knowledge of cross-cultural negotiation techniques and global business practices
- Ability to analyse data effectively and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience working within a multicultural environment is preferred
