We’re looking for a professional individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and thrives in a fast-moving property environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Carrying out property viewings and providing quality feedback
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Generating and nurturing market appraisal
- Following up enquiries and maintaining applicant pipelines
- Promoting additional services including conveyancing and financial services and Lettings
- Delivering a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Keeping accurate and up to date property and client records
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of two years Estate Agency Sales Negotiator experience
- Strong Communication and people skills
- Motivated, organised, and proactive
- Professional and Customer-Focused approach
- Ability to work well within a busy team environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
