Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional IAA Immigration Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to clients navigating immigration processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and proficiency in various IT tools. Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive advice to clients regarding immigration options, requirements, and procedures
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting accurate documentation for visa applications and other immigration processes
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress using organisational tools such as Microsoft Office applications
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and policies to provide current and accurate guidance
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and communication with clients efficiently using Microsoft Outlook and other scheduling tools
- Ensure all client information is handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and meet organisational objectives
- Support the organisation’s outreach efforts by preparing reports or presentations as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software or systems quickly
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Previous experience or knowledge of immigration procedures is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Licence/Certification:
