Permanent part-time position.
Hours of Work: 9.00am to 4.00pm, 2 x days per week, Tuesday and Friday.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Made-Well is a not-for-profit community interest company providing purposeful and positive opportunities for all people in the local community especially those with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and loneliness.
Made-well provides enabling support, community outreach, 1:1 support, education and learning. Opportunites include: horticulture, maintenance and DIY, animal care, arts and crafts, woodwork, food production, cooking and nutrition, sheep and farm work, computer skills and technology, trips out and activities in the community, hospitality and café work, skills for life sessions, sports and exercise, rural crafts, conservation and foraging, performing arts and music, reading, social enterprise, events and networking.
We have a vacancy for an enabler to join our friendly team. Your role will be to support people attending Made-Well to engage in meaningful opportunities and offer both emotional and practical support. We will require you to work with some of the people we support on a 1-1 basis.

Ability to drive our minibuses to assist with pick-ups and drop-offs would be beneficial (standard driving licence applies).
